Our Ashtanga, Hatha & Vinyasa Blend Yoga Classes are a blended style of yoga derived from Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa styles and Core Yoga. It is a more invigorating and advanced style of yoga class but can be tailored to those who are new to the practice.


Classes are designed to improve posture, concentration, confidence, flexibility and core strength. This style of yoga may also assist to improve sleep, the management of chronic illness, stress, depression, back and neck pain.


No previous experience is necessary and no age limit is applied.
