Dru Yoga Class

Dru Yoga is a graceful practice that combines traditional yoga poses with gentle flowing movements, breath work and visualisation. It helps to balance and strengthen body, mind and spirit, improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, and relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

 

Our classes are for people of all levels of fitness and abilities and those who practice with us have commented that they enjoy the graceful, flowing sequences of the practice. The sequences are easy to learn and the movements ensure that joints remain soft while helping to release physical, mental and emotional tension.
