Vinyasa Flow Class

Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are based on movement coordinated with breath where class members flow from holding one posture into the next. It is based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition and incorporates some meditation and breathing practices as well as the sequence of postures.


Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and offer a traditional Yoga experience as well as a good workout for mind and body. It is perfect if you want to build strength, flexibility and a higher level of fitness.
