About Ian Chua
My passion is using massage to assist people in promoting self-healing.
I have gone through many lifestyle changes; from this I have come to believe that massage exercises can strengthen our body’s condition and help our joints to remain healthy and pain free.
In my spare time, I love the freedom of feeling movements such as calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, Pilates, and yoga. I also volunteer in Canberra’s local community, performing traditional Chinese dragon and lion dance to promote my Chinese culture.
