Matthew studied Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra, having previously completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He has lived in both Canada and in Hong Kong and has experience working with different age groups and conditions as he has also worked at a special-needs school for 2.5 years.
Matthew has a keen interest in rehabilitating a wide variety of conditions including musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, hip and knee OA and in improving day-to-day movement and function. He believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, combining hands on manual therapy with functional training to optimize short- and long- term outcomes and to increase patient autonomy.
Outside of work, Matthew is a passionate NBA fan and enjoys leading an active lifestyle through basketball, hiking, and going to the gym.
