Sarah Badger
Massage Therapist
I have always enjoyed learning, specifically about human biology. This interest in the body was ignited when studying massage at CIT. I discovered how much happiness is experienced by both the therapist and the client when a treatment plan begins the steps to a pain free life.
I believe it is always possible to improve yourself and I think that explaining how our muscles work, how they can affect our posture, how they can be damaged, how they can heal and how they can be helped will enrich the clients mind, as well as providing them with a different perspective to how they move and continue living their lives.
Special Interests
My favourite modality is Trigger Point Therapy, though I make sure to incorporate relaxation techniques throughout my treatment because the last thing I want to be known as is “the Pokey Therapist”.
During my free time, when I’m not continuing my education, I complete puzzles, read books, play video games, binge TV shows and movies, and spend time my dog Mindy, though she will forever be my puppy she is also a lady of quite a respectable 15 years of age.
