Introduction to Classes
At Entire Physio our multi-disciplinary approach to health extends to the class types we host and times they are offered in.
Entire Physio’s classes are run by experienced practitioners who are passionate about their chosen field and highly skilled. All classes are run within the NSW school term and of varying durations with some class types claimable through private health.

Physio Led Small Group Exercise Classes
Foundations and Progressions classes available, all in small group settings, with an emphasis on; rehabilitation, core strengthening, accessory muscle strengthening and coordination to help reduce back/hip/neck pain.
Diabetes Care Exercise Classes
Run by our physiotherapist Lara, this is a class designed for those newly diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes, or Type 2 Diabetes and unsure where to start in regards to exercise. Individualised blood glucose advice and education on the physiology and medication involved with diabetes provided throughout class.
Beats and Breath Exercise Classes
Cardiorespiratory and Pulmonary Rehabilitation for those with an advanced heart or lung condition and unsure how to commence exercise. Join Danny for safe, effective exercise to help ease your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
Fluid Moves Exercise Classes
A class designed to stimulate lymphatic flow in those with impaired lymphatic drainage. Ideal for people with either upper or lower body lymphedoema, wearing compression garments or unsure how to safely commence exercise with these conditions.
Funny Bones Exercise Classes
Reducing the pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. This class also has an emphasis on osteoporosis prevention for those with brittle bones.
Cancer Care Exercise Classes
Specialist exercise classes targeted at people undergoing cancer treatment or rehabilitating post treatment. Exercise is integral to cancer treatment and prevention, see more at the link below including an ABC report on the critical link between the two.
Social Movement Exercise Class
For those diagnosed with a mental health condition and wanting to begin using exercise as a means of improving quality of life. These classes are small and focused on fun, safe exercise.
Seniors Stepping Up Exercise Classes
Falls prevention, strengthening and conditioning class run by our Exercise Physiologist Ben. Learn how to use different types of exercise equipment and see results rapidly. Available for people >65yrs.
Seniors Social Exercise Classes
Join our physiotherapist Emma for a fun and relaxed environment where you will rediscover you love of exercise again. Available for people >65yrs.
Slow, meditative, restorative yoga run by Judy, our yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people succeed in the their wellbeing.
A practice to cultivate and balance qi(chi). Follow Sunny through relaxing postures, mantras and exercise based on ancient movements.
Mindfulness Meditation Course
Learn the skill of mindfulness during this 8-week course run by Al. Al is trained using the Gawler method and is passionate about helping people achieve mental clarity, reduce stress and slow the mind.
