Dru yoga is a graceful practice that combines traditional yoga poses with gentle flowing movements, breath work and visualisation.
This form of yoga helps to balance and strengthen the body, mind and spirit, whilst improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, and relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.
Entire Physio’s classes are for people of all levels of fitness and abilities. Our practitioners are always happy to modify poses if some may be too strong or you have injury/illness inhibiting a particular movement.
The sequences used in Dru yoga are easy to learn and the movements ensure that joints remain soft while helping to release physical, mental and emotional tension.
Dru yoga is run across the entire 10 week term. Participants have the option of enrolling for the full ten weeks or attending on a casual basis.
If you wish to attend casually you must reserve your spot, and payment must be made, prior to attending the class.
