One in five Australians experience chronic pain. Science has proven that the sense of pain stems from the brain and is a warning sign of something being wrong.
Whilst it is important to help address your physical needs, retraining your brain to address chronic pain may be the answer to reducing or even eliminating chronic pain allowing you to regain a sense of control in your life.
This course focuses on helping people overcome chronic pain by re-training their brains and addressing the sub-conscious issues involved in the experience of pain.
Those who have experienced these sessions have reported less pain, better sleep and often a reduction in the need to take medications with a greater sense of well-being.
This program runs for six weeks and is limited to a small group of ten people per program.
