Join Judy Tahapehi for yoga at Entire Physio on Wednesday nights.
Judy is trained in Satyananda yoga which is effective for releasing tension, creating deep relaxation, and slowing the busy mind.
Judy has been practicing yoga since she was 7 years old. She has a Diploma in yoga teaching and has been teaching at many locations since 2015.
Classes are run to enable individuals to settle and check-in with themselves physically and emotionally. These classes are suitable for beginners or people seeking a calming yoga class.
Class outline each week includes settling, warmup, asana (postures), pranayama (breathing) and yoga nidra meditation.
Entire Physio’s classes are for people of all levels of fitness and abilities. Our practitioners are always happy to modify poses if some may be too strong or you have injury/illness inhibiting a particular movement.
Participants have the option of enrolling for the reminder of the term or attending on a casual basis.
If you wish to attend casually you must reserve your spot, and payment must be made, prior to attending the class.
