P.S.H. Therapy – Working with the emotional brain to help you bring permanent relief to many of life’s challenges.
P.S.H. therapy is a gentle and private process of emotional healing made possible by our natural subconscious ability to let go of uncomfortable emotional responses that are no longer appropriate.
Unlike other psychological therapies, there is no need to discuss the problem at length. This can be of particular benefit to people who have suffered a traumatic experience or teens who simply don’t want to talk about what’s going on for them.
Children also respond quickly and easily to the P.S.H. approach.
Past clients of all ages have reported significant positive change in the areas of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, inflammatory conditions, compulsive behaviours, unresolved grief, eating disorders, anger management, insomnia, low self-esteem, migraines and headaches, panic attacks, performance blocks, phobias, relationships, stress and tension, weight control issues and many others – often in a very short period of time.
P.S.H. therapy was developed in Australia more than 40 years ago and is at the heart of both the Overcoming Chronic Pain program, and Embracing Chemo program, as well as the very popular Calmbirth®program.
