Entire Physio’s pre and peri natal exercise classes are run by one of our experienced physiotherapists and are a safe way to improve posture and strengthen your core. This class focuses on women at any stage of pregnancy and in their rehabilitation period following birth.
Prior to commencing this course you will need to be screened by one of our physiotherapists where correct pelvic floor activation and deep abdominal strengthening is taught. Here you will be given the opportunity to have real-time-ultrasound used to help show you how these muscles are working.
Our physiotherapists adapt exercises to suit your level of strength and to tailor around any pregnancy aches/challenges you may be experiencing. Classes are maximum of six and are run Monday nights at 6:30pm.
