Classes run most weeks of the year.
These classes are structured to improve your balance and strength through fun activities and exercises shared with people of a similar age. We use evidence based exercises designed to reduce your risk of falling. All participants are closely supervised throughout the class.
Classes are held in Entire Physio’s multi-use space and all equipment is provided. Participants are encouraged to wear supportive footwear and bring a drink bottle with them.
A half hour pre-screen is required prior to participating in your first class. Foundation classes are designed for participants with reduced levels of balance/strength, please consult one of our physiotherapists to determine which class your level of fitness would suit.
